Founded in Vadodara, and now actively working in Vadodara, Bangalore, and Ahmedabad, our journey has always been fueled by passionate volunteers. With new chapters being planned, our volunteers are eager to bring Unessa’s model of empowerment to multiple cities across India.

Meet Our Founders
Sandeep Dwivedi
Social entrepreneur with 20+ years in education, technology, and leadership. Co-founder of Gururo and former leader at Apple, Visa, AJIO, and MediBuddy. With his Computer Science background and MBA, Sandeep brings a unique blend of strategic vision and hands-on impact.
Sudeep Dwivedi
Technology and program management leader with 20+ years at Wipro and MetricStream. As co-founder of Unessa, he ensures operational excellence and sustainable impact in every initiative. With his IT expertise and MBA, Sudeep drives programs that scale with quality.

Learning, growth, and care in action
Project Sneh
Our flagship weekend program, run by dedicated volunteers, is held every Sunday across our centers. It goes beyond academics by combining group learning, fun activities, and life lessons that build confidence and curiosity.
Volunteer-Led Learning
We carefully select and train our volunteers to be more than teachers — they are mentors, guides, and role models. Through structured onboarding and ongoing support, they create safe, engaging, and inspiring spaces for children.
