Is Unessa Foundation a registered NGO?
Yes. We are registered under Gujarat / Income Tax Act, 1961, with 80G approval [AADCU8172HF20251], 12A registration [AADCU8172HE20251], and NGO Darpan ID [GJ/2025/0599769]. You can verify these on the Income Tax and NGO Darpan portals.
Is my donation tax-deductible?
Yes — donations qualify for a 50% deduction under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act. Your 80G receipt is emailed to you immediately after payment.
Can I pay by UPI?
Yes. UPI, debit/credit cards, and netbanking are all accepted through our secure payment partner.
How will you report impact?
Monthly updates and an annual impact report will be shared with donors.
Can I sponsor a child directly?
The ₹3,500 Full Support tier funds one child’s complete year. For a named sponsorship relationship with updates about your sponsored child, contact us and we’ll set it up personally.
How can 100% of my donation reach children?
Our operational and administrative expenses are covered independently by a corporate sponsor. That means salaries, rent, and overheads are never paid from donations — your full contribution funds meals, materials, and teaching.
Can I cancel a monthly donation?
Yes, anytime — email us at hello@unessafoundation.org or WhatsApp +91 63631 98779 and we’ll stop it immediately, no questions asked. See our refund and cancellation policy below.
