Unessa Foundation operates as a not-for-profit organization and relies solely on the generosity of individuals, institutions, and sponsors to carry out its social impact initiatives.

As a general policy:

• Donations are non-refundable.
• This includes one-time donations, recurring contributions, sponsorships, and any other financial support.

However, if a donor believes a duplicate or erroneous donation has occurred, we request that you notify us via email at hello@unessafoundation.org within 7 days of the transaction. Such cases will be reviewed, and a refund may be issued only at the discretion of the Foundation.
